As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health support to individuals seeking positive change and personal growth. With a strong academic background and supervised clinical experience, I am committed to fostering a therapeutic alliance built on trust, empathy, and collaboration. I hold a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida, where I developed a solid foundation in counseling theories and interventions. I am under consistent supervision, which is utilized to provide the highest quality of counseling services.

I have experience working with a range of mental health diagnoses by providing tailored interventions to address diverse emotional and psychological challenges. Covering ADHD, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, PTSD, trauma, addictions, psychosis, behavior, school/relationship issues, self-harm, & suicidal ideation including others not listed below.

Driven by a passion for mental health advocacy, I believe in the power of resilience and self-discovery. I offer both in-person and telehealth services, with weekend and evening availability included.
